I amthe Helper for your body, soul,and spirit – and My help is not FEEBLE! I WAIT for you to ask for My aid – for My ASSISTANCE and My EXCELLENCE! This Is the only way you can abide in My Rest and fulfill My Continual Sabbathin your spirit. I complete you in EVERY area. Without My help, you cannot be whole.
